An investment that provides value growth, capital gains returns, or ROC, such as REITs, may result in a much better overall after-tax return compared to investments providing only interest or other income distributions, even if they have a higher pre-tax percentage return.

Receive monthly distributions1

Skyline REIT investors received monthly distribution payments which can potentially be used as supplemental income or to offset any unforeseen financial setbacks. Skyline investors have the option to enrol in a Distributions Reinvestment Plan (DRIP), which is a program that allows investors to reinvest their cash distributions into new units (shares), expanding the size of their investment over time.

No redemption fees

There is an initial 4-month hold period on any new investments. After this time, investors are free to request partial or full redemption of units at any time with no redemption fees.
