Skyline Retail REIT sells property in Grimsby Ontario

On July 7, 2023, Skyline Retail REIT sold a retail property at 9-11 Industrial Drive, Grimsby Ontario.

The property totals 25,167 square feet and is currently occupied by leading Canadian health club brand, Goodlife Fitness.
