On April 14, 2021, Skyline Retail REIT purchased a property located at 27-39 Macdonell Street & 26-40 Carden Street in downtown Guelph, Ontario.
The property comprises 17,510 square feet of retail space on two floors. It is in a prime location in downtown Guelph, steps from City Hall and transit (as well as Skyline’s head office, which is headquartered in the city’s downtown). The property is currently occupied by 10 tenants.
This property presents a favourable opportunity to secure additional long-term tenants.
