Skyline Retail REIT acquires recently developed property in Ottawa, ON

On December 15, 2022, Skyline Retail REIT purchased a retail plaza property at 5035-5055 Innovation Drive in Ottawa, Ontario. The property totals 15,375 square feet and is 100% occupied. It comprises 8 tenants, including Starbucks and St. Louis Bar & Grill.

This asset is well-aligned with the REIT’s established portfolio of essentials-based retail properties.”

Innovation Station is in the north end of Kanata with easy access to major transportation routes, including Terry Fox Drive and the Queensway/Highway 417. Post-acquisition, Skyline Retail REIT comprises 118 properties in 71 communities in 5 provinces across Canada, with a total of 5,454,050 square feet of retail space.
