On November 14, 2023, Skyline Apartment REIT sold a property at 728 Meaford Avenue (Meaford Heights) in Langford, British Columbia.
The property comprises one six-storey building with 106 residential units in total. With the sale of this property, Skyline Apartment REIT will be leaving the Langford market.
