On April 12, 2023, Skyline Apartment REIT sold a property at 130 Macdonell Street (Priory Square), Guelph, Ontario.
The property comprises one eight-storey building with 137,071 square feet of commercial space. The total sale price for the property was $26.8M.
“130 Macdonell Street was identified in 2023 as appropriate for a strategic disposition,” said Matthew Organ, President, Skyline Apartment REIT. “We will continue to evaluate the Skyline Apartment REIT portfolio and identify any non-core assets where strategic dispositions can surface further value for our investors.”
Post-disposition, Skyline Apartment REIT comprises 249 properties in 61 communities in seven provinces across Canada, with a total of 22,258 suites.
