Skyline Apartment REIT purchases additional property in Bedford, Nova Scotia

On November 9, 2023, Skyline Apartment REIT acquired a newly built residential property located at 118 & 120 Tilbury Avenue (Brookside Terrace), Bedford, Nova Scotia. The property consists of two six-storey residential buildings with 175 brand-new luxury one, two, and three-bedroom suites. It is professionally managed by Skyline Living.

The property offers an on-site gym, outdoor patios, underground parking, and a social lounge with a full kitchen. Each suite features an open-concept design with in-suite laundry and plenty of storage.
