Skyline Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) is an income-producing opportunity to invest in a diversified portfolio of predominantly industrial properties. The 100% Canadian portfolio is backed by an experienced management team and focuses on acquisitions in industrial areas along major transportation routes.
The objectives of Skyline Commercial REIT are to provide unitholders with stable and growing cash distributions, payable monthly and, to the extent reasonably possible, tax-deferred, from investments in a diversified portfolio of income-producing properties located in Canada; and to maximize the unit value through the ongoing management of the REIT’s assets, the future acquisition, repositioning and disposition of properties.
This investment is available to accredited investors and eligible investors.
