On March 31, 2022, Skyline Commercial REIT? purchased a multi-tenant industrial property at 454 & 468 Innovation Way, Woodstock, ON.

The property comprises 200,060 square feet of industrial space on 12.2 acres. The facilities were built in 2019 and 2020, offer clear heights of 28’, and are 100% leased.
