On September 7, 2021, Skyline Apartment REIT purchased a portfolio of three properties located in southwestern ON:
- 24, 26 & 28 Helen Avenue (The Graham Bell), Brantford, ON – 284 suites
- 204 Hespeler Road (Park Lane Towers Apartments), Cambridge, ON – 146 suites
- 297 & 301 Base Line Road West (Garden Vista), London, ON – 332 suites
The total purchase price for the portfolio was $166.25M.
The Graham Bell at 24, 26 & 28 Helen Avenue in Brantford offers spacious and renovated 1, 2, and 3-bedroom suites with large windows and private balconies. Amenities include on-site storage lockers and underground parking. The Graham Bell is located within the West Brant neighbourhood of Brantford, with parks, schools, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and access to Highway 403 nearby.
Park Lane Towers Apartments at 204 Hespeler Road in Cambridge offers spacious and renovated 1 and 2-bedroom suites with large windows, private balconies, and in-suite dishwasher. The building also features an outdoor pool. Park Lane Towers Apartments is located within walking distance of many amenities including the Cambridge Mall, Dumfries Conservation Area, grocery stores, and a transit stop.
Garden Vista Apartments at 297 & 301 Base Line Road West in London offers spacious and renovated bachelor, 1 and 2-bedroom suites with luxury vinyl plank flooring, in-suite dishwasher and microwave, and large balconies. The complex also features a swimming pool. Garden Vista Apartments is located near grocery stores, the London Public Library, banks, restaurants, schools, parks, and transit.
