Skyline Apartment REIT Acquires 28th Property in Windsor, Ontario

On November 26, 2020, Skyline Apartment REIT announced its 28th property acquisition in the city of Windsor, ON.

Royal Tower Apartments is located at 101 Langlois Avenue in Windsor. The total purchase price for the property was $10.85M.

The property comprises 91 residential suites and has a mix of one and two-bedroom units.

Royal Tower Apartments is located just northeast of Windsor’s city centre and offers stunning views of downtown Windsor and the Detroit River. Parks, trails, restaurants, and shopping are all nearby.

Skyline Apartment REIT became the largest residential real estate owner in Windsor in September 2015 with the purchase of a $136.2M, 23-property portfolio.
