Skyline Commercial REIT is pleased to announce the acquisition of 46 Plant Farm Blvd. in Brantford, ON for the total sale price of $9,150,000. This transaction closed on November 13th and represents the funds largest acquisition in Brantford, to date.
46 Plant Farm Boulevard, Brantford, ON, provides a total of 125,000 rentable square feet, on 6.5 acres of land that is just minutes from major arterial roads. This acquisition follows Skyline Commercial REIT’s core strategy of securing functionally modern industrial buildings offering long-term stable income for unitholders from tenancies with proven operating histories.
Post-acquisition, the Skyline Commercial REIT has 84 properties in 34 communities across ON, QC, SK, MB, and AB, with over 6 million square feet of commercial space.
