Skyline Commercial REIT Completes Sale of Brampton, Ontario Property

On October 4th, 2019, Skyline Commercial REIT completed the sale of a single-tenant industrial property at 21 Steelwell Road in Brampton, ON. The total disposition was for 15,000 square feet at a total sale price of $3.6 million.

The capital from this sale will be re-deployed by the Skyline Commercial REIT toward other accretive acquisitions in established markets along major transportation arteries that meet the standards and growth potential of the Skyline Commercial REIT.

Post-disposition, the Skyline Commercial REIT has 83 properties in 34 cities across ON, QC, SK, MB, and AB, with over 6 million square feet of commercial space.
