In late August, Skyline Commercial REIT completed two disposition transactions of Ottawa, ON, area office buildings. The total disposition was for 50,817 square feet at a combined sale price of $8.7M.

The capital from these sales will be re-deployed by the Skyline Commercial REIT toward other accretive acquisitions in established markets along major transportation arteries that meet the standards and growth potential of the Skyline Commercial REIT.
Post-acquisition, the Skyline Commercial REIT has 84 properties in 34 cities across ON, QC, SK, MB, and AB, with over 6 million square feet of commercial space.
